This privacy policy applies to the mobile application Règlement Freestyle: Uprising (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, created by BlissQuake (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended for use “AS IS.”


Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

  • Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address
  • Pages visited within the Application, the time and date of your visit, and time spent on those pages
  • Total time spent using the Application
  • The operating system used on your mobile device

The Application does not collect precise location data of your mobile device.


The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you occasionally with important updates, mandatory notices, or marketing promotions.


To improve the user experience, the Service Provider may request certain personally identifiable information while you use the Application. This information will be stored and used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.


Third-Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and its services. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties as described in this Privacy Policy.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the application distribution platform.


Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like this data to be deleted, please contact them at blissquake@gmail.com and they will respond within a reasonable timeframe.


Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly use the Application to solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.


The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. They encourage all children to never submit any personal information through the Application and/or related services. Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's online activity and help enforce this Privacy Policy by instructing them never to provide personal information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you believe a child has provided personal information to the Service Provider through the Application, please contact them at blissquake@gmail.com so appropriate action can be taken. You must also be at least 16 years old to consent to the processing of your personal data in your country (in some countries, a parent or guardian may do so on your behalf).
